You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the program content. This policy ensures you have adequate time to evaluate whether our approach aligns with your personal development goals.

For our intensive meditation retreats and specialized workshops, different terms apply. Virtual session recordings and downloadable materials cannot be returned once accessed, similar to digital content policies across the wellness industry.

Payment Method Considerations

Different payment methods have varying processing timeframes. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 14 business days. PayPal refunds are usually the fastest, processing within 2-5 business days.

For international payments, additional processing time may apply due to currency conversion and international banking procedures. We'll notify you of any expected delays beyond our standard timeframes.

Special Circumstances

Technical issues on our platform that significantly impact your learning experience will result in either full refunds or complimentary access extensions, depending on your preference. We take responsibility for platform-related disruptions and work quickly to resolve any access problems.

Partial Refunds and Credits

In some situations, partial refunds or program credits may be more appropriate than full refunds. If you've completed portions of a program but experienced issues with later modules, we calculate refunds based on unused content value.

Program credits offer flexibility for future enrollment in other malqorinestiva offerings. Credits remain valid for 12 months from issue date and can be applied to any of our therapeutic meditation programs, workshops, or individual sessions with our certified instructors.
